Damn, you do good work. I know I could do that kind of body work if I could work with someone for a half day or so to build some confidence and get some pointers on technique. I wish I had someone very local in the middle of a project like that where I could go help in person for a few hours. :waytogo:

Thanks man, it's not that hard you just have to do it. I was too cheap to pay someone to do that kind of stuff, and wanted it done so I grabbed a welder and played around with it.

Very nice work.

Thank you sir.

My S-10 is a 92 2.8 5 speed and ive had no problems out of the motor but i wore the tranny out finally at 266000 miles on the clock. My trucks got more then enough power to turn over the 295/50/15's on the back and smoke them till i say stop and itll run perty damn quick.

Yeah you should see the guy that's building it tho, he needs a decent size go cart. He is a 6 foot 6 marine that likes to go fast

I guess if he got it cheap enough, but I had a 3.8 Buick 231 to make a buggy with. To many projects and I got offered $150 for the Even Fire 231, and the cash looked good for something I didn't have a dime in, so I took it. I'd love to put some kind of cart together with a 3.8.

He is the guy that sold me the nova that I got my motor from. He made me a hell of a deal on the nova so I made him a good deal on this 2.8, I sold it to him for $75 which for a freshly rebuilt motor that I knew would start and run, he was happy and I made a little money out of what I thought of as a boat anchor

You did good. He did get a hell of a deal, even for a 2.8 being it was freshly built. But as you said, you got a killer deal on the Nova. That's the way I like to do things. You got a little out of it, its going to get put to good use instead of sitting in the weather until its ruined. Everyone is winner that way, and it all comes back around too. :waytogo:

I used to make all kids of go carts and stuff when I was younger. Dozens. Even took a couple old golf carts and threw atv tires and Honda motors on them. Had a home made 3 wheeler. All kinds a crazy inventions, I wish I had pics of that stuff to show you guys.

Well I wish I had something to update. I have been working a ton of hours at work and haven't had much time to work on the truck. I am planning on working on it Sunday night. Hopefully I'll have something to update then.
