Any wheel that uses an 8 lug on a 6.5" bolt circle will work [The newer Ford wheels will not. They are 170mm (6.69")]. You of course have to make sure that the offset (backspacing) will fit your wheel area. Some older wheels from all drum brake applications will rub your tie rods or the actual frame.

Another thing to watch out for is the actual stud and nut. Older GM vehicles use SAE threads. Newer wheels will use metric studs/nuts. So the wheel will fit, but the hub cap with the black plastic fasteners will not. Not a show stopper if you're going for the "lug exposed look". Not good if you're looking for that "HOA Approved" appearance.

I had a set of 2013 2500 8 lug rims on my 74 C20 for a while. I had to get a 2" adapter plate to go from 8x6.5 to the newer 8x180mm pattern that they went to. I think any 8 lug from 2008 and newer in GM is 8x180mm. With the 2" adapter the tires fit perfectly flush to the body and nothing hit. The factory tire was a 265/75R17 (roughly 32.5") and fit with no issues, even loaded down with about 4,000lbs of flagstone. I had to buy smaller SAE lugnuts t ohold the adapter plate because the hole circumference on the plate was too small for the old lug nuts. Then the stock externally threaded metric lug nuts went on the adapter plate studs and the cap screwed onto those. I sold the truck to my neighbor and he still has the same setup on there with no issues.

GM changed the 3/4 & 1 ton bolt pattern in 2011.

Did you get them at the Boise store or online order them? Numbers?

I had to go to the Boise and Nampa stores both to get 32 of them. I was shocked they had the SAE threads for the studs and the external thread that fit the matching center caps. The had them readily in the lug nut bins they sell for replacements. This was back in 2009. They are a 7/8 inch hex with a 9/16-18 inch thread on the old 3/4 tons. I've never looked into it anymore, but I assume there must have been something common that they fit. It was a lot cheaper than buying the 'conversion sets' or whatever they were called on FleaBay.

Honestly, **** HOA. Im sure not controversial to say here, but seriously.

Bunch of entitled ******** who have control issues from when daddy was gone for work a lot, and when he was home he made you(HOA) and mommy scared and frequently had to hide, feeling unsafe and out of control in their own house.
And the lesson they learned wasnt, lets keep this from happening again or with my own family, it was,
"IS THAT... AN UNAUTHORIZED DECORATIVE MATERIAL? ON MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE? THEY ARE ******* IN FOR IT NOW"

And just hoping... maybe daddy wont hate them anymore or someone will fear them instead, maybe respect even.

And on a square note, I feel you could have a pristine square and that would actually be an issue for HOA because an old vehicle would make the neighborhood seem less-douchy by extension(or rich). And i dont think a non-governmental body should be able to make laws that property owners have to abide by, thats wholefully anti-thetical to the US constitution, everything we stand for, and the very thought of freedom.

So other than lug nuts, did they bolt right on and fit? I've found a set off of a 07, 8x6.5, but wanted to make sure they fit before I buy them. They came off a 4x4 and mine is a 2wd

My truck came with the 2000+ 8 lug wheels. They fit with no issues, I can't recall if the front or rear was a little snug, I'm thinking my front as it's a Dana 60 (The hub is a little bigger than a GM 10 bolt).
