They fit, but some of the door hardware needs changed to go along with the panels. Like the inside handles and the armrest support brackets. I think the window crank post lengths are a little different too, but will still work.

They work. I put them in my '79. Window cranks and arm rest brackets are the same. I did change the 4 plastic retainers at the bottom of the door panel as they are different. You do have to change to 81-87 inner door handles.
