Hey guys
So I’m having a bit of a issue I just got done doing a drivetrain swap in my 86 C10 and my issue I’m having is finding a driveline that will work, my orginal drive Shaft was too long by a inch and I bought a 2 new aftermarket ones one for a 90s gmt400 and one for a s10 I can’t find a Ujoint for the gmt400 one it’s a long story but anyways my question I have that s10 drive shaft that’s 60.23 inches long the gmt400 one I was trying to run is 61.50 inches long, could I get away with running the s10 driveshaft with a longer slip yoke I have a 8 inch yoke that I know would fit right in place but I wasn’t sure if it’s physical possible to make drivable long term with that set up
