I bought one to replace a working headlight that had a crack from a pebble hit. (it was like that when I bought it,...working but getting funky from the dampness)

as these things are like candles vs. modern headlights.
I think If I were to actually bother driving a antique at night, I would add a LED lightbar with a dimmer setting.
(a little on the bumper mounted lightbar also lets one get away from finding something to fit the housings,...and look period correct,...without breaking the bank).

a few months back one of my local walmarts was whirling around the spaces, ...and they had some complete jobbers for $30-40....and I should have bought some,...just for any old car that needs "some-more").
