Well- kinda. They don't look nearly as good in my opinion but GM tried around 1990 to recreate them.

Is that a 3/4 ton? Can't see too well- small image.

GM did make a spoked ralley wheel for the 1/2 tons. Almost looks like those. Seen here without trim rings:

That looks like a 3/4 ton, on 16.5x9.75 "wagon" wheels with 12.00x16.5 tires. The wheels are aftermarket. Back then, GM would often show trucks with accessories that could be installed by the dealer, or simply purchased through the aftermarket after taking delivery of the truck.
