3+3 Dually bed size vs reg can bed size

I have a 75 3+3 dually, does a 78 reg cab have the same length bed?The original bed has a gooseneck installed and someone also dropped a trailer on it.It is repairable but swapping seems like the easiest option so I found a 78 reg cab, but I have to buy the whole truck to get the bed.Thanks

If they are both long wheel base style beds then yes, beds are either short or long.

Make sure to switch over the trim to the replacement bed!
