Do you have factory a/c on your 82? The 6.5 turbo setup will hit the ac box. If your truck just has the heater, it will be fine.

The down pipe will have to be fabricated. Looks to be a non egr intake too which is good. You can plug the map sensor and such as it is not needed with mechanical pump.

If you use the 6.5 oil return set up, you will need to swap to an electric lift pump, or fab up an oil return. The 6.5 set up takes place of the mechanical lift pump.

I would think about going to intercooled as the 6.5 was not from factory I do not think the banks sidewinder kit for the 6.2 was either but going to a air to air or water to are intercooler setup would do some good for power toqure and mileage

what transmission do you have if you have a th350 or a 700r4 I would want to swap to a th400 or maybe do a 4l80e swap or go manual
