So I bought a lunati cam a while back like a couple years and decided I would finally put it in and it will not slide in at all and I don't wanna force it in. My stock cam isn't bad but I wanted a new cam and no warranty on this one. I even tried sanding it down to fit the bearings and no luck. What would the best cam be for a stock Chevy 350 with about 130,000 miles? Daily driver but something that will make This old motor come alive. This is the cam I have now. Win some you some...

Something is going on here. That cam should fit right in.

That cam should fit. But if you sanded anything on the cam it’s probably no good now. I’d buy an “rv” type grind that advertises a low rpm peak. 1992 motor would’ve been a tbi motor so the heads are out of breath pretty low in the rpm band. Don’t go for a huge cam when your motor can’t use it.
