1986 6.2 Diesel Water Temp Gauge Install.

I want to add some VDO oil pressure and water temp gauges to my 6.2 diesel with idiot lights. Oil pressure sender was easy but the water temp sender came with 3 bushings. 3/4, 1/2, and 3/8. 3/4 too big and 1/2 too small. 5/8? I am using the sender port on drivers side front. Anyone else run into this? Thanks.

Should be 3/8-18.

But if the original was the single blade terminal it might be 1/2-14
