    Clutch pedal assembly

I'm looking for a mechanical zbar clutch pedal assembly. I also need the piece that connects the zbar to the frame. Not sure what its called, the guy I bought it from broke it taking it off the truck. This might be something easy to find if I know the name of it.

1979 K10 longbed frame and axles

I bought this for the trans and transfer case, the guy said same price for it with the frame and axles so I figured why not. Now my neighbors aren't very happy so it has to go. 12 bolt rear 10 bolt front, unknown ratio but I can check if someone is serious. Frame has surface rust but is still...

    Rebuild or just new seals?

Ah okay! I think I'll just do wheel bearings and seals for now and see what happens. Still should I be worried about the rusted axle shafts? I don't have much extra money to throw around at the moment.

    Rebuild or just new seals?

I just pulled the cover, I'm not to sure but I don't think it looks to bad? There didn't seem to be anything in the oil.. before and after I cleaned it all up.

    Rebuild or just new seals?

Rear. The truck is 2 wheel drive. Must have been sunk in water at some point.. Still havent gotten the courage to open the diff cover.. haha

    Rebuild or just new seals?

First of all this is for a dana 70(I'm assuming dana 70 because the diff cover has 10 bolts, and thats the only other dually option I know of other than 14 bolt). The seals on the passenger side are leaking and leaking pretty bad. It would probably be quicker just to do the seals and wheel...

    I just want it gone....

I'm not sure on the parts you would need, but be careful if you do decide to get rid of power steering. The frame by the steering box is prone to cracking WITH power steering and its much more stressed without power steering. There are brace plates you can get to prevent/fix that and I would...

looking at buying a new 85 chevy/gmc k10 but the headlights are wrong.

I believe all you need is the core support and then lights, grille, headlight bezels as long as you arent going for anything 80 or older. Fenders hood and cowl should be the same I believe. But if you're getting that white truck you posted, I'd just leave it. It looks good in my opinion.

    Blown TH350

My truck started doing the same thing. Mines a 78 with the same trans but 4x4. I'm no expert but I was thinking that would be torque convertor. Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me will either confirm this or tell me I'm dumb haha

    broken sway bar mount

I took my sway bar off when I broke mine. I barely notice it if at all. But as stated above I don't drive like I'm in the Daytona 500. Drive it like a truck and you're fine without it.

Newer lifted trucks have bed sag?

This is the only time a truck should be "squating" as they call it here.

    Power windows issue.

Well I think the regulator is frozen. I cant get anything to move at all with it all unbolted. I cleaned the ground and it did nothing. Guess Ill have to order one and wait for it to come in! Discontinued by GM and no parts stores have it. Thankfully Classic Parts does.

    Power windows issue.

Well I took the plug out of the motor and when I hit up or down I got power to the plug. And the old switch that would roll the window down but not up didnt do anything either so I guess it has to be the motor. I saw somewhere that the window needs to be rolled down to get the regulator out, is...

    Power windows issue.

Also if the motor has been replaced before(the rivets have been drilled out) will I have to take the regulator out as well to get the motor out?

    Power windows issue.

About a year ago I had the power window motor replaced. I just replaced the switch. It worked great for a day then the window stopped working. Could it be anything other than the motor? Possibly a ground? The passenger window still works fine off the driver side switch. I also still have power...

Welcome! Its nice seeing people from Virginia! Drilled and slotted rotors

I havent put a set on a truck, but I put a set on a VW Golf I had and I felt a difference. Made me more comfortable for sure! If you need to replace the rotors anyways I'd go for it!

    Core support

I'll give that a shot tomorrow and give an update. Thanks! And yes everything was unbolted they just are to stubborn to come apart easily I guess.

    Core support

I'm trying to pull the motor and tranny together out of my 83 and it would be easiest to pull the core support to pull the motor straight out. What all is involved? It seems easier to do this because I cant get the motor high enough with the tranny attached. Unbolted the tranny and torque...

    Seat recovery

This actually came out of the truck I just sold(the guy wanted buckets) so I might just try for myself and see how bad it turns out to be haha. And I'm also going to weld up a base to learn how to weld and hopefully end up with a decent couch! And then I'd have a spare seat in case one of my...
