The cam in my truck is a Lunati Hydraulic flat tappet .515 lift, 300 duration. Can someone link me to some reasonably priced valve springs, that would be good with that cam? The truck is running fine, but I'm about to get some full roller rockers, and would like to get some valve springs...- fastnloud

82 Sierra stock speaker location..
I have a 82 GMC Sierra, did these trucks come stock with speakers for a radio? If so, where are they? I have a cd player in my truck that's not hooked up, and if I could bolt some speakers in a stock location, that would be nice. Thanks guys.- fastnloud

Stripping cab floor down...
I started stipping down my cab floor today. I'm going to paint it with some Hammerite Rust Cap. (Black hammered finish) I'm planning on just painting the floor, and then putting in one of those 1 piece rubber floor mats that go all the way across. As far as sound deadener, I was thinking... -
Flip Kit Info
I'm looking around at flip kits for my truck. Some say 5 inch drop and some say 6 inch drop. Does it just depend on your truck, whether it drops 5 or 6 inches? I would prefer to drop mine 5. I'm looking at getting the one from Western Chassis, because I've read they are really good...- fastnloud

Help with bumper bolts?
I'm trying to change the front bumper on my 82, and the bolts have these chrome button looking things on top of them. How do you get the bolts out of these bumpers? Thanks guys. -

Just ordered wheels (possible problem)?
I just ordered a set of black wheels for my truck from diamond racing wheels. The guy told me it would require 12mm/1.5 lug nuts with a 45 degree conical seat. Now, someone on another site said this won't work because our trucks have a 1/2 inch wheel stud? Is this correct? Do I just need... -
Window Regulator Install?
My driver side window in my 82 GMC Sierra is stuck all the way up. I bought a window regulator, so hopefully that will fix it. My truck has manual windows. Is it very difficult to install the window regulator? Any pics or info on installing this would be great. Thanks guys. -
Lowered with long tube headers?
Who has long tube headers on their lowered square? How much are you lowered? I'm looking to lower my truck 4/5. Right now I have right at 10 inches of clearance from the bottom of the headers to the ground, so I think I will be ok. My truck is not my daily driver, just a street rod toy...- fastnloud

82 Sierra rotor size
Hey guys, I'm new here. I have a 82 GMC Sierra 1500 I'm working on. I'm looking to lower it 4/5. I know I'm going to need to know whether I have a 1" or 1.25" brake rotor. Does anyone know what size is on the 82's or did they use both? Thanks guys.- fastnloud
