I did a search and found leak detection dye. GM even makes it! Found it on Amazon. Dye glasses and UV light for $28.00 and I can use the light to hunt for scorpions in the summer- wdbill

There is a hole on the bottom of the block next to your oil pan below the fuel pump. Any ideas what this could be.- wdbill

Yes it has one. But the is in front of the motor and the distributor is in the back of the motor. I been looking at the intake manifold end seals also.- wdbill

I have a 1985 k20 suburban. Just recently got a new motor for it. Still stayed with the 350 but put in a newer version with a roller cam. I'm noticing some oil on the water pump, alternator and also on the air cleaner. I been trying to see where it is coming from. It isn't leaking on the...- wdbill
