    Hi all. I just replaced all of the belts on my 87 V10 and when I first started it, they weren't squeaking anymore, but after a few drives, one of them is starting to squeak again. Is this because of the AC compressor or alternator aren't tight enough? Thanks!

    The two bolts are on the backside. The front only has one.

    I tried that and it didn't work. Here is a photo of the back side of the latch. It looks like the catch on the under side of the hood isn't even getting down far enough.

    I agree. I just looked at the alternators for my truck at Advance and AutoZone and all of them had two wire plugs.

I was looking under the hood the other day and noticed that it looked like the radiator was new, but the top brackets had been bent. I'd like to install a new shroud, but I'll have to replace the top...

    Where are the round bumpers? On top of the core support next to the latch or on the underside of the hood?

    Hi all. This is my first post. I bought an '87 V10 yesterday and the hood won't latch. The big release hook latches, but the metal loop on the underside of the hood won't connect to the latch so my hood is always a little open. Any idea why? Thanks!
