Replaced the header collector gaskets. Had one leaking ever so slightly but couldn’t tell where. Found the witness mark on the driver side. So much better now, it’s amazing how something that’s not a huge deal can make a difference. While I was at it, I adjusted the shift linkage. Still not... -

Drove around in the backcountry and did some WOT pulls. Still had a dead spot then would take off. I adjusted the Air Door on the AVS2, much better now. Got some coffee and hung out in the sun sitting on the tailgate after going to Hobby Lobby and Wally World on my intermittent M2 search. -

Yesterday got an invite for the Hooptie Cruise again. We went down Chuckanut Drive next to the water and ended up in Edison for some wings and cold drinks. Man it was hot! The Cold Case radiator did its job. Hottest it got was 190 or so (maybe less) pulling into the garage with the least airflow... -

Today is a mental “what am I doing”. I’ve saved a little cash and in the next month I should be able to order parts for the next thing I want to dig into. Interior? Maybe. Lots of inspiration on here to do that. But drives fine without it. Cylinder heads/cam/pushrods/rocker arms redo? Upside... -

Thanks man! I got connected with a local guy who specializes in preserving patina in older vehicles, comes highly recommended.
