    I guess a square set-up is the best. Would either 8 inch or 9 inch wide be best? I might have to order the fitment tool for wheels. Currently on CPP UCA LCA and Detroit 950# drop springs, flipped and notch on factory light duty leaf springs. It's in the weeds. I've got a set of 265/50-17...

    Looking at running a staggered set-up with 17x8 4.5" BS up front and 17x9 5" BS out back. Any thoughts and pictures would help. Black truck picture for reference and brown one is mine currently. Thank you in advance.

    Brake hose issues with lowered front end C30

    How long are the hoses? My kit came with 24" and they seem to need to be routed under the upper arm and not as they were factory. CPP UCA/LCA, 2.5" spindles, Detroit 950# springs. It's in the weeds now, Ha!

    Had to trim about 4 inches off the front of the overload leaf. This truck was ordered as a 250 with MM7/MY6 4 speed and 770# rear light duty leaf springs.

    What parts do I need to get to the 4 piston calipers and what size wheel? I just purchased 17" Torq-Thrust II's 8" wide. Did I jump too soon on the wheels?

    Wondering, does the CPP X10 drop spindle have an over the counter replacement sealed unit bearing? Like from the local auto parts store instead of directly from them.

    Hello all, So here's the short term plan with our 81 C10 Custom Deluxe with a stock 250 and factory MY6 NP833 overdrive 4 speed. LS swap an '05 Gen 3 6.0 from a donor G3500 van and add a Tremec TKX 5 speed manual with the close ratio setup. We'll follow this with new driveshaft and a 9"...

    It's a 250 inline with the NP440 with working ARA air-conditioning. Very light interior, doe skin maybe?!? It's a pretty straight truck that runs and rides. Needs some typical floorpan work and rockers. Very straight considering its age.
