Low Beam Light Goes Out When High Beams Turned On

Squarebody quad headlights often only work one beam (high or low) because of original wiring design where high beams cut off the low beams, or due to common failures in the dimmer switch (on the column) or headlight relays, causing power interruptions to one circuit, leading to issues like only...

    Too much tire?

Sounds like you are going to use it off road. If you arent set on the look and want more functionality Drop it keep the 35"s. Even the 35" are a lot of tire for your brakes axles trans depending on what trans you have and gear ratio. I would personally not run 35" without 4.56 gears for 350 400...

    Tire pressure

So an E rated 10 ply tire and P rated tire on the same vehicle would you put the same air pressure? would the weight of vehicle and tire construction not effect psi? I have found that most stickers from the manufacturer are always to low. The lower pressures always feel soft and boaty as if no...

Missing sway bar bolts. Anyone know what size they are?

Swaybar is a huge 3/4" bolt with a 1 1/8" head for factory set up. Bextreme04 I would also highly recommend the ORD Kit if you have any lift between 1 1/2-4"

    2.5" or 4" Lift 1986 K10

ORD also has 1" Zero Rate Add A Leaf Axle location can stay in the same spot, or you can move the axle forward or backward 1" or 1-1/2". These were perfect when my rear axle needec just a bump up

    2.5" Skyjacker final thoughts

Keep the swaybar add the ORD kit it will add 1"-2" lift to the end link attachments so there wont be tension on the sway bar until you use the travel

Time for new shocks. Look at these!

I would agree. Depends on what you’re gonna do with this vehicle if it is going to be a street driven vehicle but also taken off road Bill‘s 5100 or 5125 series cannot be beat for the price point if it’s gonna be driven 99% of the time on the street, go with the Skyjacker or any other hydraulic...
