My 87 has aftermarket headers and they must have been on there a long time because the gaskets are shot and they're rusty. I can't take the obnoxious ticking anymore and constantly applying header sealant paste that keeps blowing apart. The bolts don't look too bad but I know it's a guarantee to break at least one or 2, so I'm getting a new set. What size are these? I keep coming across both 5/16" and 3/8". I'm assuming they're like an inch in length too?

They will probably all come out without breaking.

Manifold bolts...yes they usually break but since using headers they ususlly loosen on their own! Always have to keep tightening them when i start hearing the ticking
