Slapped in ORD's heavy duty grease-able shackles today.....pics will be posted in the build thread tomorrow.....cause the front springs was hitting the frame.....thought this was the cause of a new noise....nope. The metal screeching/banshee sounding noise is still there. No pattern to it...
Ahem...hehe....since when does a lift of any kind give you more ground clearance from the bottom of your diffs housings when the lift is all above the axles? Tires are whats going to get him more diff clearance from the ground.
The 38s will require some fender trimming, more than likely...
Welcome Josh. I follow your build on CK5. Some nice work. GMSB has a nice family feel to it.......those brothers and in laws you wish you could avoid but keep hanging around anyways because it works.....lol!
Just did the outers. Was taking a swing that the seals would hold for a while when I got the axle. It lasted a year...lol.
Does anyone have any info on these:

Passenger side axle shaft seal sprung a leak today (D60). Looks like I get to spend Saturday tearing my axle apart. Anyone have any good advice to make this easier? Experience do's and dont's?
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: My fast fingers plugged in October. Actual date is 2-4 NOVEMBER! Still have time to make it!
Moderator: It won't let me edit my first post. No option available. Could you help a brother out? Thanks.
