Anyone have a pic they could throw up of their blend door - bottom side interior right at kick panel - looking to see how panels are positioned or how it came from factory - without the blend door installed/ if possible inside the rain tray runoff

The blend door is inside the plenum, behind the glove box. Do you mean the door in the kick panel for the max cooling / recirculate function?.

What keeps water from coming in - not my photo
There's a seal on the kick panel insert. Just goes around the "tube" and pushes against the sheet metal. A little silicone doesn't hurt either.

Really thought there was something missing
I thiiiink they're reproduced, I'm not positive though. Any of the big name sites should have it if it does exist.
