I probably have a set. How fast do you need them? If you aren't in a big hurry 10 bucks, and the shipping...

OK, an Update on the new Stainless Steel and composite tailgate hinges
Worth every penny!! Yes they’re pricey about $65. Very tight fit between the two parts (hinge & trunnion). A little tricky to install because I used 2 Left side pairs, which makes the tailgate Non Removable..

I removed the Left side support arm (elbow) slid the right side hinge on to the right trunnion.. then put the loose Left side trunnion in the Left hinge (cup)…
Now I slid the left side of the tailgate down the side of the bed until the bolt hole aligned. (Note: I figured a way to do this alone, but it’s a Two man job !)

The tailgate fits tight, Doesn’t shake, jump or rattle at all, perfectly quiet. Yes!View attachment 199088View attachment 199089View attachment 199090

Keep looking. When you find them, they will be with your missing 10mm and 7/16" wrenches. Guaranteed!

That is not a terrible price considering all you get. I think I'll get a set for the Extracab...I like those...thanks for the link.

Be sure to buy a quality set of hinges to mate with the Trunnions.
find the ones with thick cup walls, (some I see are very flimsy and easily fail)

They are not that cheap anymore 87 for the set now...Still not terrible...but 65 sounded better to me...still probably going to get a set for the Extracab, and the Blazer

Just ordered two sets, so yes I have the hinges you need...LOL
@FireTruck1984 I ordered the trunnions from Holley, they seem to be the best, and not expensive at all 14 bucks each, and took your hint, and ordered 4 lefts.

Do you mean you ordered the hinges from Holley?
the Trunnions attach to the bed sides, the hinges attach to the tailgate.
I’m assuming you wrote the wrong word… because if you ordered the Trunnions from Holley/Brothers…well honestly they’re junk!

Yes Hinge is what I meant. I was talking and typing at the same time, telling a buddy about the Trunnions. All he does is whine about his tailgate making so much noise...So I sent him the link on how to fix it...LOL Now I'll hold my breathe to see if he pony's up the money to fix it...
