New dude in San Antonio Tx

My name is Mike and I recently scored the deal of all deals. I got a 1981 C10 stepside for 400$ COMPLETE! (200$ to tow it home and 200$ to buy it) The vehicle needs everything but all of the parts are there and the 250/I6 runs. As i get time and money i'm slowly fixing this beast up. Everything, so far, has been fixing stuff that the previous owners messed up (one couldn't get the stock gauges working. I found the blown fuse that he missed) I know some about shade tree mechanics but I'm willing to learn from the people who have forgotten more than I know.
