How did you get the 3 inch drop in the rear?
For this drop I had an extra set of front and rear springs. I cut one round off of the front springs and for the rear I removed the short leaf and put the over load leaf on top to flatten the spring out. Best part of this drop is its all free.

Hmm, interesting. How did it ride? Can you still put a couple hundred pounds in the bed without bottoming?

The way I see it, it's free, you can do it without having to screw with the shackle/hanger bolts, and you don't have to notch the bed crossmember (like extended shackles). Sounds too good to be true!

It rode ok, and you can still haul a light load.

Looks like there aren't many with the 2/4 drop here. I'm debating between the 2/4 and 3/4 Belltech kit myself.
