Can anyone help me out with where I can order a quality gaskets and seals kit for my 10 spline SM465 NP205 that I'm getting ready to swap into my suburban?

Thanks in advance

I'd figure you could order one in any parts store or your favorite online distributor. Fel pro at summit? Is there a specific reason, is it hard to find?

I've been to every parts store in my home down and knowbody carries a kit. Only a few seals here and there sold individually and not a single gasket! Must be Covid 19 or a government conspiracy....

@sirweesarunch,

Okay, now that you have all those gears out, what do you do with them other than inspect them for wear, damage? Do they have bearings inside of them you have to replace? And what the hack is wrong with that shaft, it looks bent bad? And the other end doesn't look to spiffy either. Is it supposed to look that way?

The reason that shaft looks bent is because that was a panoramic shot from an I phone so its a optical anomaly from the camera. In my case i just looked at them and determined if I would keep or replace. There are no bearings inside the transmission they are on the ends of the case installed from the outside. There are a handfull of youtube videos that will walk you through it. Thats not an excuse for not taking tons of photos and taking notes during disassembly. No video i’ve seen has 100% of the rebuild documented. Good luck. Ohh and you’re going to need to buy a big snap ring pliers. No Harbor Freight , Home Depot or lowes carries the size of the one required. I paid $40 just for my pliers happily knowing that a pro rebuild is well over $1000.
