Trade my k5 for a decent c or k series 1/2 or 3/4 ton?

(copy of my trade thread for a k30, but modified)

If you're reading this and think I'm out if my mind, you guessed correctly.

Yes, I know this a major disappointment to everyone. But I think it's time to move on to something I can do NOW, I just don't have the motivation I once had on the k5.
I'm open to trades, but it must be another almost running vehicle. I'd prefer a c10, c20, k10, or k20 that had no motor, trans, just a rear end.

But If your pickup truck you have is nice, with a motor and trans, fine by me. Im not asking for anything more specific than just a CLEAN TITLED c10, c20, k10, or k20.

I'd much more prefer a 2wd c10 or c20 however.
Im keeping the 502, th400, and holley efi.
Wont sell, unless you got 15,000 cash, because the stuffs got practically 0 miles on it, not even hours.

Less than 1 hour.

I'd be willing to trade even for a nice, clean, open titled minimal rust c10/k10, or c20/k20

TITLE MUST BE CLEAR, I don't care if it's in someone's brother's name.
Either your wife, or you lol. I've gotten too many raw title deals to go down that route.

The k5 will be a rolling chassis, with 5 tons, 5 ton driveline, 24" lift, drop transfer case, body, steering components, all that other stuff.

You can even have the original 91 front clip it came with, AND the 53's, and the 2 tractor tires ihave.
Front axle is a Detroit locker, rear is a solid spool, I have a spare spider gear set.

Everything "k5ton" related goes with it.

****Trade terms would be discussed****

If it's a kinda nasty (rusty) c10 with no motor or trans, I'm just trading you a rolling chassis.

If it's a clean k20, that's ready to drive TODAY, I'll trade everything that comes with the k5 (minus my drive train)

The trade and "what it's worth" is OBVIOUSLY up in the air.
(meaning my stuff, someone may hate it, someone may love it, I can't value my own crap, because the typical Craigslist and Facebook seller is always a total dick about something questionable he's selling)

Custom stuff is kinda a edgy topic, and it's all in the eye of the beholder.
One man might say what I have it total junk, next guy might sell his soul to get it.

I understand that, I'm not telling anyone I'm sitting on a gold mine.

I personally do not care if you get ahold of it, and swap frame for clean, unwelded 4x4 frame and restore it back to its former glory.

I don't care if you take it and slam it where the frame scraps.

Whatever you prefer.

The truck isn't easy to look at it, I never cared for looks, only functionality.

Anywho,

I don't want 4 wheelers, sxs's, ford's, dodges, or projects that need full restoration.

I want squarebodies

DE SQUAREBODIES!

I don't know what price tag to put on it. I know what I have in it, and I'll never get that back.

And here's the build thread.

Failed to add, I would prefer a 73-78 pickup.

Wish you were down here. There's a 1/2 ton step side with no engine or trans and pretty much rust free about 5 miles from my house. Don't think it's a round eye tho.

No I haven't. It's sitting at the shop I use for a while now. I could text the manager and ask him about it if you want. I think he might even have some in the back too. Seems last time I was there I some in the back.

What beast?

You mean the hijacker's post.

Don't be a hater!

I went back and looked at your build thread. Does that thing float? I'd take the top off and make the interior a tub. Filler up with water, a cooler full of beer and float that bitch down the river.

And forget the LS.... Evinrude.
