Your standard AWG 14-16 gauge should be fine.

get the wire and a fuse holder,that way you can put the spade connector on the new wire you get,then used the fuse holder to connect the new wire on one side of it and the yellow wire from the stereo on the other side of it with butt connectors.that way you have a fused circuit that wont fry your stereo,cant remember what size fuse for that circuit,but one of these other guy that has did it recently can tell you.

I usually splice the constant hot into the cig lighter wire with a fuse holder inline and done.

yes just don't use your orange wire on the harness like posted by 89Sub. Use your yellow wire.

I was not saying you posted something wrong. I just didn't want him thinking that the orange wire on your harness was the same as his orange wire on his pioneer harness.

As others have said just remove the yellow wire from the red wires (leave the red wires connected) and put a inline fuse on the yellow wire and run it to one of the circled fuse box connections in the other picture. The second option is to delete the cig lighter and use the wire that was connected to it.

I got it all hooked up now I am working on the CB Radio. Where do I connect the hot and ground for the CB?

The ground to any metal under the dash like the bolt that holds the lower portion of the dash to the cab. There is also a grounding tab on the left side of the dash behind the cluster. The hot back to a switched 12v source. You should be able to find one off the fuse box.
