Awesome build thread! I have a question from your early phase of the build years ago. I looked through, and didn't see any pictures or post about it, so hopefully not a repeated question.

But using the ICT billet motor mounting plates and locating the engine in the stock location due to z-bar constraint, did you have to modify or notch the stock engine crossmember at all? I am swapping a 6.0 into my k20, leaving sm465 and mech clutch linkage for now. But can not find a solid answer from someone that has gone this route about any engine crossmember interference. Thanks for any advice!
I did have to put a small dent/notch in my cross member to clear the oil pan. If I remember correctly only on the drivers side.

Bad day leaving work. Thought at first the NV4500 transmission was the problem but after running it on jack stands and putting my hand on the differential, I could feel the ring and pinion not playing nice.

This happened 2 weeks ago. I managed to get it all back together last Monday. Been lightly driving it to work all week, checking the differential temperature when I get to work and back home. Temps have been between 135F and 160F. I am really happy with it so far.
