I took the cupholder section, the main bucket and the ash tray out and soaked them good with Palmolive and water. Gonna let them sit and soak for a couple days. Honestly, the Bose sub is visibly blown, the amp is likely fried from all the crap that's been spilled on it, I think I'm gonna degrease and power wash it as it sits, then continue to strip.

I'll likely need to swap the harness from my truck into this console anyway cuz I've read the luxury SUV's got a whole different harness, even though the Bose is the same. I'll also swap the Bose amp/subwoofer box. Then I'll have to swap over the rear air duct, rear console cover (cuz trucks have rear air in the console, SUV's have it in the ceiling so there's no ducts in this one) and trim the bucket out the fit around the air duct.

Started taking it apart yesterday after work. There's a couple broken tabs/retainers I'll have to deal with but nothing major

Around here, it was nothing but stay at home moms, high falutin' folks, businessmen and grandmas that bought these new (Atlanta is another story though lol)

Lol, in Columbus Ohio, there were three types of original owners/drivers. The nice and clean retired folk. The trophy wives that took their kids to soccer. Then the third type... the drug-dealing types with bumpin' stereos, bling bling wheels, limo tint, and blood-stained interiors with abnormal amounts of smoke residues.

When did you get that thing? I swear it's impossible for me to keep track of your stuff. Do you have to have a dealer's license?

I've had it for 3 years now. Still has the funeral strobes in the grill Bought it with just 109k on it and stupid clean for the year since it spent it's time leading funeral persessions and in the garage. Now has 175k on it cuz the wife drives all over town and we use it for all of our out of town trips.

That's why I grabbed this one even though it's nasty. Mom's Truck Parts here in Gainesville is who bought it from auction, they'd just gotten it in and hadn't pulled anything off yet so not much was busted. They're a small mom and pop place that pulls the parts for ya, they don't let people in to pick it yourself.

This one did have 0 gauge welding wire cables run under the sill plates to the back, so it had some bump lolol
