84 K5 Blazer "bed" bushings

I'm rebuilding my 84 K5 and i'm trying to find out where I can get the rectangle shaped bed bushings. It has 4 rubber pads about 1" thick and they aren't the "pad" type bed mount pads that come on the trucks. The bushing kit I have only has the body and radiator support circle type bushings.

awesome. I have the urethane body mount kit so is it a safe assumption the bed mount kit doesn't come in urethane?
