Spent most of today just having some cold brews and replacing the clock in my dash cluster, that and roaming around the forum here. Decided to reinstall it tomorrow as the brews were starting to catch up with me! LOL Oh yeah, and counting pennies.

We were supposed to have high 40's this weekend last time I looked, like Sunday. Then it pooped 8" of snow and now it's 29 lol. Looks like another weekend in the garage for me.

Acquired 305 heads for the 350 rebuild, #601 cost was a cool 0.00, guy at work got them free so he's paying it forward to me, he needed bigger heads for his build anyway, I don't foresee my truck getting past 4800rpm while Sunday driving, so these should work well

Another nice day (50 degrees), managed to get the rest of the stepside bed taken apart aside from the 2 welds that I have to grind out. Will try to get to them tomorrow, have to get ready for work now. Dam fender bolts were a bear, had to use vise-grips on most of them.

I guess it’s off to the pet store and get a kitten to step on its head.

Don't you dare do that! A cat will eat the mice before the mice eat the wires in your truck. They serve a good cause.

Still pluggin away I n the 64'.....

Finally finished cutting out and welding in new metal where the usual rust is at the bottom front sections of the doors and kick panels. I was going to apply some body filler over the repairs, but it started to rain. Oh well, back I nto the main grage to clean and wax the 84. Next weekend is the final GoodGuys show here in town. I already pre-registered so its clean up time. Once parked at the show, its time to do some recon on the 64's there. I want to do some more research and scan the swap meet and vendor section for some much needed and hard to source parts.
