My son welding brackets on a brush guard from a Yukon so it will fit on the 76

The instructor at the welding school he is attending could tell the students were getting bored so he let em bring in some personal projects

Just got the new gm 350, a upgraded 700r4, and np 205 from offroad design. In today. Measusre for shafts. Make all the necessary connections. :driver:

I'd sure be interested in seeing some pics of this 700r4/NP205 Set up. You going with the spacer and a 2wd outshaft or keeping it direct to the adapter? I've heard the 2in spacer is the way to go if you want to be able to remove the 700r4 pan without taking the Tcase loose and backing it up. :shrug:

Ill post some pics tomorrow. I went with off road designs short shaft, adapter, and drive sleeve to connect the two male shafts together. No spacer. Had to drill new holes for transmission cross member (moved back about 1 ") my only concern is the front driveshaft clearing the trans pan...
