A snap-gauge and caliper micrometer is the best way to tell.

Alright guys, I spent about 10 min cleaning the top if the piston, and its .060 so we're good, gonna pull the crank and pistons out and get it to the shop. I guess I was just ready for something else to be wrong after the stuck valve that I didn't even think about that, this is my first rebuild and im learning a lot thanks guys

I don't think we heard about the stuck valve. Is that what caused the push rod to bend?

That is exactly what I was thinking and expecting when I seen that push rod, and what I meant by something more catestrophic wrong. Something had to have caused that rod to bend that bad. And where its bent told me that vavle wasn't opening. Usually when a pushrod bends, it in the upper section, not the bottom, and even then it just has gradual lean to it, not an major bend like that one had. I'm not suprised at all. It makes sense.

The lifter is probably collapsed too, and possible that the cam lost that lobe. Was it an exhaust valve? Bad rings/oil burn puts a heavy buildup on the valves which can make them stick.

EDIT: looking back at the pics it looks like it's an intake valve, possible it was floated valve damage.

The cam lobe is likey OK. Obviously the cam tried to fully open the valve. Once the rod was bent, should'nt have been any excessive strain on the lobe. Lifter for sure, I'd replace. As bad as that rod bent, I'd say the lifter probably went first, bottomed out and still bent the rod.

I say no Jim. He said its a 60's model truck. The tall block big block 366 wasn't around til the 80's I do believe. It probably had a 327 in it and why those biggo truck are geared so damn low and only move about 50-55 mph without blowing up. If it was late 60's maybe a 427 but not likely.
