Drove 300 miles round trip today to get my new tires, goodyear wrangler mt/r 37x12.5x16.5 mounted on 24 bolt hmmwv rims. Now I just need to cut the centers out and weld in the new ones that should be here in a few days. I'll be sure to snap some pics so you can all follow along. This is just an image of the same thing from the web, I'll put some pics of the actuall ones I got when there's more light.

Military surplus, 750 bucks on the rims with the runflat beadlocks inside. That's why they were worth the 300 mile road trip.

Are you planning on running the inserts on the street? Or at all for that matter? From what I've read, they are very heavy and serve no good purpose on the street or trail. I guess the hot setup is PVC inserts.

Yes the plan was to keep the inserts. They are heavy but runflats equal no spare tire, a lot of guys that run these on trail rigs will want to run at low air pressure, can't do that with runflats in there. A lot will just cut the insert so it keeps the beadlock part but let's the aired down tire flex. I don't go rockcrawling here in WI and I've never had to air down my tires for the mud so I kinda like the idea of never having to change a tire on the side of the road ever again.
