You've talked about wanting your truck higher but are now complaining about the ride. Unfortunately you're going to have to spend a pretty penny to get a tall, short wheelbase truck to ride good. As stated, if you're rocking 37s, you either have way more lift than 4" or you don't have fenders. It looks like you've got 4" blocks in the rear, so with the spring pack too, you're probably closer to 6-8" of lift back there. Throw a picture of the whole truck up. That would help us help you decide which route to go.
As stated previously, shocks have almost nothing to do with the ride in this case, that's all in the springs. The shocks simply control the motion. You're simply not going to see any noticeable change in the way the thing rides with your current spring package. Yes, you can take out the overload leaf on the bottom of the rear pack and maybe the next one above that and one out of the front. That will improve, but only so much. Then you've also lost quite a bit of height at that point. So now we're back to buying some custom springs that are softer but arched correctly to get the height. Gotta pay to play.
