Wiring Help, door jam and dome light

I have a 83 and trying to rewire interior lights, I ve looke drawing and found the wires 156 white, 40 orange, and 159 tan but cannot which does wahat, the side door jam has the white 156 and tan 159 cut offand thers a 40 orange leaving the under dash courtesy light cut offf and 156 seems to run everywhere, trying to figure where to tie in my power wire and connect the dome and coutesy light

The white is your ground, orange it the hot feed from the battery (fused) and the tan is a ground to the key warning buzzer.

so basically i can supply the orange wire with power and get rid of the tan noise maker
