it doesnt have delay.i jumped the 3 & 4 terminal and nothing happened (chengny message )

Are you sure? If it's supposed to have delay, and your column or switch isn't original, it might be from a non-delay setup. If that's the case, it will behave as you're describing, as mine did initially when I replaced the column.

There is now information about the delay module. I gave a couple of them to my dad to dissect and see what makes them tick, so they could be repaired. I can post a couple diagrams tomorrow.
