I thought it was a pain in the a**
But a little heat from a heat gun and some silicone lube helped

I still haven't finished it, can't seem to get the one side fully seated. I do have a heat gun, maybe I'll give that a shot.

Since we are on the topic of vent windows. I just rebuilt mine and ordered glass from LMC. The hole is too small in the glass for the locking handle to go through. I emailed them, we will see what they have to say.

I think the hole could be enlarged somehow... a stone on a die grinder perhaps? Diamond bit? New glass from LMC?

Bottom corner perchance?

Not sure if it's not all the way in in the corner or what, but the top is sticking out too far and theres a gap when the glass rotates shut at the top.

I just started messing with it again the other day and got pissed off and put it up again lol.

THe top of the inner frame is far from the outer, the seal barely makes contact, and I'm fairly certain it fit OK before. I'm not really sure if I should just manhandle it into shape or if something is wrong.

I just did mine. I didn't take the triangle part apart. It is a pain though.

I also have a gap up top but it closes up when the window is locked closed. There tight as CHIT now untill that rubber Cruses in.
