Which mounts???

I'm needing to replace the cab mounts on my 87 R body square and i want it to ride pretty smooth. So i would like to have a few opinions on which would be the best ones....poly or the oe type rubber mounts. All input will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you are looking for a good ride, rubber mounts all the way. Poly mounts will ride harsher.

Agree with what he said. Poly is much stiffer, rubber will give you a smoother ride.

You are most likely going to have to replace the two bolts in the front if there stock mounts. Most are rusted down to toothpicks like mine were and I live in phx az. The bolts in the rear of the cab have plate nuts inside the body mine would spine I had to cut holes in the cab and put a prybar in to keepem from spinning. I measured from the seat belt bolts over and up to locate bolt on inside ..
