Can anyone help me out? This is the one little part I do not have a picture of where it goes. I think it goes on the outside of it somewhere, but I don't know where. Picture of it in place would be awesome. @Quadrajet Power

It looks to be the bottom choke lever. It goes down in the cavity where the choke rod runs down from the choke plate shaft. I don't have a pic right now tho.

It goes on the inside on the passenger side. The choke shaft slides into the big slot, and the choke arm that goes up the flap goes in to round hole. It can be tricky to get all of that to go into place. I use long nose needle nose pliers to hold it at the proper angle, and then get the choke shaft to slide on it. If I remember correctly, you need to have the choke arm on the before you get the choke shaft to slide in it.

This is the best pic I have on my phone. Hope this helps. The arm on the flap has similar holes but is bent. You see the slot where the choke arm goes down into the body of the carb, that's where the piece you posted goes. The yellow arrow is pointing to the spot. You have to remove the choke, and then fun part of trying to align all the pieces so you can reinstall the choke to the carb.

Thanks guys! I know exactly where it goes now! I was looking at that area just wondering to myself how everything goes together in that area. I am finding I need to do more research and get more materials, right now I feel like I am in over my head.
