Wheel studs have flaired out parallel ribs on them where they pass through a wheel hub, these are called knurls. They are typically 1/32" or so larger diameter than the hole they go in, so the stud doesn't spin when you tighten a lug nut. The length of the knurl under the head is the underhead measurement. This should be approximately the same as the thickness of the wheel flange the knurl goes through. Rear wheel flanges arent as thick as the front. Rear it just goes through the axle shaft, where on the front it goes through the hub and the rotor. Hope this helps!

Get your hands on a micrometer and measure an old stud and/or the hole.

Welcome aboard.

You may get a parts counter guy to go through a wheel stud catalog to get the specs of a stock replacement stud.

Whereabouts in Ohio are you?

Find a parts guy that knows how to look them up in a DORMAN catalog. Once you find your stock ones in there its easy to find some that are a lil longer with the same knurl.

Is that for stock length, or a little longer?
