Dont exactly remember off the top of my heads what these are called.

These are Refereed to as Wagon Wheels, and yes, they could have came factory as an option.
But most likely these were also aftermarket on your truck, i think the factory white spokes were a 4wd mostly option...

Thats my .02cents, although i may be wrong..

Thats why i said most were 4wd. Cause there was the limited production 2wd trucks that DID also. The 77 Sports came with Whitespokes.

Thanks for telling me what wheels they were. About a month ago there were 3 88-98 Chevy Pickups in a junkyard by me with the same wheels, might go and pick up 2 spare rims if they are the same size and they are still there
