When I bought this 1984 Blazer in Salinas California last May, I had no idea of the life that it had led. When I picked it up it had no keys, the ignition switch didn't lock, and the drivers vent window turned out to be a replacement with the hole for the latch manufactured in the wrong place. So I replaced that window by drilling the upper rivet, and disassembled the spring loaded nut on the bottom, it's a little inaccessible, but doable. The latch has its own set of issues, and the plastic washer on the outside may not be available as it's kind of ovalish with a flanged area. Here are the parts that I bought At True Value to repair it.

I'm putting it together right now and we'll see how it turns out.

I filed the nylon washer interior to better center it around the exterior "bolt". No mandatory, but it makes the washer look better by centering it.

You're welcome, and of all the little washers that I got at True Value, l used the large inner diameter, the one that looks more like a wedding band. I thought it would be way too thick, but in fact it worked perfectly once I filed it a little bit to center it. I didn't replace the washer on the outside of the window, LMC sells it, but only as an entire handle assembly for $20
