So why are there two? I"m pretty ignorant on electrical things. My right turn signal just clicks really fast and doesn't come on but I know the lights are good cause I checkd em and my left turn signal works fine. Also, once in a while the right one will work fine for a click or two and then "go out" or go back to just clicking really fast and not working at all???

One is for the turn signals and the other is for the 4-way emergency flashers. IMO you have a circuit/bulb problem on the right side of the truck or the turn signal switch can be going out on you.

Thanks for the info, it's about -15 here in North Dakota right now but I"ll try and get at it when it warms up a bit.
