I am looking for some turn signal help. I have tried the usual suspects but I'm a little confused about this one.

1977 C30 Automatic
Tested 12s volt on both sides of the glass fuse - Good
Tested 12 volts at the flasher (552 Round Style) - Good
Tested 12 volts up to the switch on the purple wire (on flat plug) - Good
New Turn signal switch installed because it was cracked at the turn lever.
When I turned on the 4 way flasher and all the park lights and turn markers flash, Dash indicators light up.
I do have Backup lights.
New Parts Installed. - Neutral Safety Switch, Turn Signal Switch

When I move the Turn lever for Left or Right signal the 12 volts at the purple wire drops to 0 Nothing Happens. When I put the turn lever back in the center neutral position 12 volts returns to the purple wire on the turn signal switch.

Pull the fuse and check it for continuity to be sure it's good. With incandescent bulbs you can sometimes get a "phantom" 12v reading across the fuse that is actually being back fed thru the twin filament bulbs.
