hey guys..new to the forum..i recently bought my 86 K10 and am slowly getting it where I want it but right now I'm stuck on lift and tire combos. Currently it sits on 35/1250/15 Falken Wildpeak AT with what seems to be 15x8 wheels. The front fenders have been knocked in on the rear of the front fenders (if you look closely you may be able to see what I'm talking about) I've read of people running 4in lifts with 35s and they all look slightly taller than mine.. I had planned on a 6in so I could clear the 35s better and run a 15x10 and get the tires out from under the truck a little more but then read about all the other changes that may be needed i.e. longer drive shafts, dropping the t-case etc and considering I use this truck as a around the house/hunting toy I don't really need all that. My question is--does this look like a 4in lift already? or could I order say a Superlift 4in kit and clear these tires a little better and run a 15x10? right now the only thing that really stands out to me on the suspension is the front has some really long aftermarket looking shackles on the front? Any help would be greatly appreciated guys!!
Justin

It looks like you are sitting pretty low- I would have guessed a 2" lift if I didn't know any better.
Do you have lift blocks in the rear? And you've measured them at 4"? If so I'd think your rear springs have gotten very soft and have sagged a lot.

How old is that lift? It could have settled quite a bit over the years.

If the front has longer shackles, the springs are probably stock still. It looks to be just slightly lifted over stock height.
