Traded subs/box and amp straight up for carrier and hilift.
Bought 1 sheet 3/4" osb, nuts/bolts/washers/screws, can of spray paint and brackets. I might have $50 into this.

I like seeing other budget builds....so many ideas out there. I did the same with my high lift jack minus the paneling.
