So I finally sorted my electrical, gauges, brakes and suspension

Was warming it up and topping off fluid to go for a ride when i looked up and see white smoke all down my block...

After i let it cool down sure enough my radiator was low

Pulled the engine apart and think it was #6 leaking on me

Time for a 350.
If not, have the heads checked as well as ensure the deck surface of the block is not compromised. A simple, though not 100% method is to clean the deck surface thoroughly and then rub an HB pencil back and forth around the suspect area - if the crack is large enough, the pencil will leave a small mark.

Eit: An HB pencil is rated as a medium-grade in the softness of the graphite.

Unless it has other issues doesn't look bad to me. Did you inspect the gasket? Have the head pressure checked and if ok get it milled and install it. The water use hasn't been going on long, piston would be clean. There isn't much if any oil going by the rings otherwise the edges would be clean.

I'm gonna try to keep this thing running, it's my budget beater

I have some dye pen and a uv light, but good idea with the pencil, that can check for flatness too

It's how hard the pencil is, softer the darker/thicker lines, harder the thinner but lighter lines

Nope it was running really well, just out of the blue decided to start smoking one day, I'm thinking since it hadn't run much in a while and i drained the block to replace the sensor, whatever buildup that has stopped the leak before dried out and cracked so it let water thru

I had a vortec 5.0 top end that i sold a while ago really wish i kept it

They usually don't crack in that area however doing due diligence is appropriate. Be sure and change oil if re-used.
Thanks for the input

I'm thinking to check for warpage, and cracks, then if that passes put new stem seals and head gasket on it

If you have an automatic and the modulator is bad it can pull trans fluid in to the intake and when the Trans fluid burns it will spew out as white smoke from the exhaust pipe... Ask me how I know ??
