I have no preference I'm not to concerned about cruise control either. I would like to have A/c but that's not a necessity right now

Again you can STILL have cruise control with a DBC throttle body. If you choose not to that would be your call, Just trying to clear this up for you or anyone else that may read this thread.
Yes you can always add that later, but if you are having a harness built, or re-wired it would be a good idea to have the circuits added or kept. It will look much cleaner under the hood jusdt having a few connectors un plugged then going back in at a later time and trying to add the circuits needed.

Yep, just need the cable cruise module from a 91'-up GM vehicle (Caprice, S10, etc).

I think they are usually on the inner fender on the driver's side.

Unless your switching to DBC you wont need that anymore. If your switching just find the cable and follow it back, usually mounted to the firewall. Don't forget to cut the wiring so you have a pigtail.
