Tbi harness

Looking for a 5.7/4L80e tbi harness and computer. Really would like one out of a 91 suburban or 1 ton but that's not a necessity I can adapt one from a newer truck.


Now some questions for the fuel injection gurus here. Can I cross Breed a 91 5.7/700r4 Suburban harness with a newer model 5.7/4l80e harness to make a 91 5.7/4l80e harness so that everything falls into place, or would I have to just use the newer 5.7/4l80e harness?

you can cross the two, but would need to get pin out for each computer and possibly re pin the connectors in addition to running extra wires for the transmission.

Right basically could I swap the 91 suburban harness for the newer harness but only swap the TBI side. Basically remove the TBi from the 91 suburban harness and add the 199X TBI 5.7/4L80E.
