Much of the video is shot in portrait mode. Can't trust anybody that does this!!! 
I did something similar with a 2004ish Ram 40/20/40 bench. Fits ok but it's too tall (not as much room between my legs and the steering wheel as I'd likewithou tilting up a lot) and I can't get back away from the steering wheel as much as I'd like because the newer seats are thicker. Maybe one day I'll figure something out.

Super duty seats are very wide,but very comfortable. Never tried it. I think nbs seats would be a better option. I own all 3 of these vehicles,so I could measure if you like.
